Ordering Information

We are committed to creating a quality experience for you every time you place an order with Bath By Bettijo. We want you to feel satisfied with the products and services we offer; therefore, we have outlined the following order information so that our staff can provide you the same superior customer service every time.

Order Online
Ordering online is safe, simple and secure. Simply place the item into the cart and proceed to the checkout. The cart will guide you through the steps. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Order By Phone
To order Bath By Bettijo's natural bath and body products and handmade soap by phone please call (877) 528-1584.

Order Processing
Because all of our natural bath and body products are currently handmade and we want you to be able to enjoy them as quickly as possible, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3-4 working days. Due to unexpected bursts in order volume there may be very rare delays and you will be notified by email. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. You will always receive a confirmation via email when your order has shipped.

Payment
Bath By Bettijo accepts VISA and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal, Money Orders, Travelers Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks (eChecks via PayPal) payable to Bath By Bettijo, however we will not ship any items until the payment is processed. There is a fee of $30 for returned checks.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash or CODs for online purchases.

Shipping

We provide standard shipping via our choice of USPS, UPS or FedEx. Rush orders are possible at an additional fee.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Arizona and California addresses.

Shelf Life

Because our products are made using natural ingredients, a product's average shelf life is 6 to 12 months from the time you receive your product. It varies somewhat between products depending on the ingredients. Our Handmade Soap for example has a very long shelf life as soap only gets harder and better with age. For the other body care products there are things you can do to help extend the life of your products. We recommend all products be stored in their closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Take care to avoid letting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Bath By Bettijo handmade, natural bath and body products. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be glad to Exchange the item.

Please contact our Customer Care department before returning any merchandise. You may contact us at (877) 528-1584 or email us. When you contact our office, please tell the representative the reason for your return or exchange. Your comments are very important to us and we recognize that they can help us to improve. You will be asked to provide your Order Number from your invoice, and then you will be issued a Return Tracking Number (RTN). Please keep a copy of this number for your records and include it with the item you are returning. The RTN must be enclosed in order to receive a refund. Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 30 days of order. Returns for some Wholesale orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not ship items without first contacting us.

For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order information. Bath By Bettijo is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Imperfect Merchandise

We value quality. That is what we always strive to achieve in our handmade, natural bath and body products. We understand that circumstances beyond our control will sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.

Please note that all our products are handmade, unique creations, just for you. We strive for consistency, but without machines, this cannot always be achieved. But we believe our handmade items have a unique charm and we hope you will be consistently satisfied with the products you receive. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact our Customer Care department.

Backorders

We want our products to be fresh for you. That is why we make them by hand in small batches. Occasionally a product's popularity may have caught us off guard. If an item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email.

Animal Testing

We respect all living creatures and therefore do not test any of our products on animals.

Gift Certificates

Our natural, handmade bath and body products make the perfect gifts! To make gift-giving easy we offer gift certificates ... the perfect gift! If you are unsure what to get for someone on your list, don’t think about it another minute. Purchase a gift certificate, cross it off your list, and let us take care of the rest. They'll enjoy shopping in our secure online store and selecting the handmade, natural bath and body products that are right for their personal retreat.

For your convenience, gift certificates are available ranging from $15 to $300. If you wish to purchase one, please contact us.

A hand-written, personalized note card is available with gift certificates at no charge.

Redeeming Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be redeemed for all online purchases or for telephone orders of our handmade, natural bath and body products. If the balance remaining after your purchase is less than $10.00 a check will be issued with your order. If the balance remaining is greater than $10.00, a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount.

Lost or Stolen: Gift Certificates and Merchandise Credits are treated as cash. They are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Custom Gifts

Custom gift packs featuring our handmade, natural bath and body products are available. Simply email us or call us at (877) 528-1584 with your special request. A personal designer will consult with you and create a unique and perfect gift. You will be charged for the cost of each item included in the package design and a $15 custom design and wrapping fee.

All of our gift packs include a complimentary, hand-written, personalized note card.
